I would like to know if Vascular EDS affects lung tissue? How?

Yes, it does. People with Vascular EDS are more likely to have little bubbles, called bullae, in the lung tissue, and to having spontaneous pneumothorax, a condition in which air escapes from these bubbles or bullae into the space around the lung and then collapse the lung.
