Linda Neumann-Potash is not only a
member of our Professional Advisory Network; she is also President of the EDNF
local group in Nebraska. Linda was the
Executive Director of EDNF from 1996 through 2003 and on the EDNF Board of Directors
from 1992 through 1996.. Linda
was the Executive Director of EDNF from 1996 through 2003 and on the EDNF Board
of Directors from 1992 through 1996.
Linda recently moved to Omaha, Nebraska and has started
the local group there. She has been active
in the development of the local group structure sine the beginning of the
groups.
Linda is presently working as a Registered Nurse for Alegent
Health at the Applewood Express Care Urgent care clinic. Linda received her Master of Nursing from
the University of California, Los Angeles, in Pediatric Clinical Nursing.
Linda is a very active advocate for the Ehlers-Danlos
National Foundation and has done multiple speaking engagements on their
behalf. Topics include: information on
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, pain management, advocacy issues, school issues, how to
communicate with your health care professional, and water exercise and
EDS. She is also well published on
Ehlers-Danlos syndrome as well as a guest lecturer on other health issues.
