Only registered members can view the message boards after logging into the site. If you receive an error message “username doesn't exist” then you need to contact our office to verify membership status at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or call us at 703-506-2892.

Otherwise, if the site says that you are logged and you are unable to view message boards then you may need to delete the “cookies” in your browser.

Cookies are a web browser based tool that allows logins, passwords and other information to be stored on your computer that is referenced when you visit the specified web site. When you go to any web site and the site remembers who you are and other info, that is because of a cookie that was stored on your computer and called by the web site when you visit it.

If the browser is Internet Explorer than you will need to go to “tools” and then select “Internet Options.” Once you are there then look at the first tab; it will have the title “General.” On this tab you should be able to find the option to delete your “browser cookies.” Once your old cookies have been deleted, you should be able to successfully login with your user name and password.

Also, if you have bookmarked any favorites, they may need to be updated with the new link.

If you are still experiencing problems, then use our new Trouble Ticket System.

We have instituted this trouble ticket system to help us expedite response to problems with the web site. This system is to be used to track problems with the web site working. This is not a system for comments, complaints or other types of opinions, and tickets containing rude language or any type of derogatory or inflammatory comments or remarks will be discarded immediately.

To use the system you will need a valid email address. There will be several sections that you can select from so that the issue is forwarded to the proper person. Please be patient with us as we will try and return an email to you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Other categories will be added on as our sections and web site grows.
