Sharon Langshur, MD
After receiving her Medical Degree and Pediatric specialty from the Unniversity of Connecticut in 1997, she completed a Fellow in Anatomic Pathology. Most impressive, she and her husband founded CarePages, a three-million-member online social network that helps people overcome the emotional difficulties of health-related problems. A dynamic speaker and author, she provides a unique perspective on a growing movement to integrate emotional support into the caregiving process. After all, sometimes the caregiver is more stressed than the patient.
