If you wish to register by mail (check or credit cards) or fax (credit cards only), get a copy of the registration form by using right-click or control-click to click here. When the menu pops up, choose either:

“Open Link in New Window” to look at the form in a browser window or
“Download Linked File” to copy the PDF directly to your computer.

Once the file “conf2008registrationg.pdf” is downloaded, double-click it to open it in Adobe Reader or Acrobat (version 5 or greater). You can either print out the form and fill it out by hand, or you can fill out the form with Reader/Acrobat’s “typewriter” and then print out the completed form to sign.
