Frequently asked questions regarding login:

1.    Why can't I access any of the EDNF website resources information or the Message board even though it says I am already logged in?

You did not completely logout after your last visit and need to log out and log back in again to access the EDNF website. Click the Member Login on the upper right hand side, if you see “Welcome username” please click log out to reset. It will prompt you to the main page, then click member login again, you should see the username and password boxes, then enter your information.

2.    Why am I having trouble with the EDNF website when I use AOL?

The EDNF website is toned more for the Firefox and Internet Explore browser. Like many websites, we are not compatible with all browser systems and we don’t have control of it.

3.    Why does it tell me I need to register when I click on newly created articles or pages when I have already logged in into the EDNF website?

When newly created articles or pages are created, the EDNF database system needs some time to familiarize with the new page addresses.

4.    Why can't I log into the website, it is not accepting my username and password?
